I would like to share my experience of cooperation with Azizbek Yusufov, who from 2014 to 2017 played a leading role in the company as Head of Marketing at Imkon Plus.
Azizbek played a leadership role at Imkon Plus, introducing a number of marketing strategies that radically changed the company's approach to the market and consumers. Azizbek developed comprehensive marketing plans that included market research, audience segmentation, and the development of new products targeted to specific customer needs. The strategies developed by Azizbek helped Imkon Plus optimize advertising budgets and target advertising efforts at the most promising market segments, which led to an increase in overall demand and expansion of Imkon Plus' customer base.
Azizbek developed a recognizable product image, branding and positioning of a new direction and product for the company, Nutlet chocolate spread. This product allowed Imkon Plus to occupy a new product niche, which helped increase profits in the autumn-winter period. Already in the first year, Nutlet paste was able to gain 15% market share.
